Kyren Wilson battled back from 2-0 down against Alexander Ursenbacher to book his spot in the final of the English Open with a stunning 6-3 victory. The young Swiss star powered into a 2-0 lead aided by breaks of 64 and 84 but it was the 2016 Shanghai Masters champion who steadied the ship with breaks of 77 and 51 to level the match at 2-2.
After the interval Ursenbacher regained the lead with a stylish break of 89 and he was beginning to show that confidence that got him through his last 5 matches in this tournament but the man known as the warrior was not to be denied as he reeled off the next four frames in stunning style stroking in breaks of 124, 75, 56 and 90 to book his spot in his 3rd ranking event final.
